This policy explains what information BBS Tech ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, and how we use it. It applies to this website only. Our mobile and web applications have their own privacy policies, which are linked from each application.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) to deliver and protect the site. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses browser signals to distinguish people from automated traffic.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To keep the website secure and available, including preventing abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this website and deliver messages: Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile) and an email delivery provider that forwards contact-form submissions to our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the form on the home page.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
